Florin Urziceanu
-general manager-
Marine Engineer, sea going, operations and ship repair experience. From
1991 up to 1996 partner and Chief Engineer of Universal Service SRL,
ship repair workshop and yacht builder in Port of Constanta.
In 1996 joined Donau Sea Link S.A , owner and operator of
6 sea going vessels and one river vessel as Superintendent, subsequently
promoting as Assistant and Operation Manger, coordinator of vessel operations,
crewing and purchasing. In 1999 joined AB Crewing as partner and General
Manager, coordinates the company activities, quality assurance policies,
screens and interviews the applicants.
In 2002 obtained the Master Degree in Ship and Port Management
at Constanta Maritime University with a study on "Evolution of the manpower
on the international maritime labour market-opportunities for the employment
of the Romanian seafarers".
From 2002 elected Vice-President of National Association of Romanian Crewing Agencies.

Ion Cazacu

Wide experience at sea, in human resources and crewing services. From
1990 Vice-President of Business Foundation Constanta (FOA-Fundatia Oamenilor
de Afaceri), one of the first non-government organizations offering
assistance to companies and entrepreneurs from Romania and abroad assisting
the development of their business in Constanta and County of Drobrogea.
FOA developed a shipping department offering to Romanian
and foreign owners crewing, brokerage and agency services.
In 1992 established AB Crewing S.R.L. to enhance the quality
of crewing services.
Coordinates the recruitment and verifies references , interview-screening
of the applicants.

Valentin Tudosescu
-technical manager-
Graduated Electro-Mechanical University of Bucharest. From 1990 until
1996 Port engineer at Petromin Shipping Company, the most important
Eastern Europe Shipping Company in that period.
Technical representative of Petromin in Piraeus for two years.
In 1996 employed as Technical Manager of Donau Sea Link
S.A, coordinates the maintenance, repairs and spare parts supply for
the company vessels.
Joined AB Crewing in 1999 as partner and Technical Manger,
coordinating spare supply, technical assistance and screening of Engine
Dept. crew.
